Mark completed his bachelor's degree in Law in Utrecht and his the master's degree in Labor Law cum laude at Erasmus University Rotterdam.

According to Mark, employment law is“the most beautiful area of law there is”. Mark advises clients on all aspects of employment law. He has a particular interest in collective labour law and cases of an international nature. He is happy to guide clients through the labyrinth of rules and regulations applicable in cases of international employment. He knows how to turn these complex matters into clear and practical advice, written in plain language.

Mark has been with Wybenga Advocaten since September 2023. He is a member of the Association of Young Employment Lawyers (VJAA) and the Rotterdam Employment Lawyers Association (VRAA).
