Mirjam studied in Rotterdam and completed a double master's degree in Toga aan de Maas & Private Law in 2022. During her studies, she researched external directors' liability for dangerous climate change.

Mirjam has a broad orientation and does not like to sit still. She did internships with the judiciary and several law firms, was a board member of the Stichting Europees Jeugdparlement Nederland and enjoys participating in moot court competitions. She won that of the Rotterdam Young Bar Association in 2023.

Mirjam has been working at Wybenga Advocaten since 2024. She deals with corporate law cases and has a particular interest in cases with a European dimension.
